Clarence Property manages several commercial property portfolios. Westlawn Property Trust forms the principal fund with assets in excess of $200 million. Investments are selected from coastal areas on the Eastern Seaboard of Australia. We look for commercial investments with exceptional potential for growth and long standing solid tenancies which can be utilised to provide investors with stable returns over the time of the investment.
Our retail portfolio is growing. We now manage over four retail centres in South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales. Clarence Property uses its expertise to manage the centres and ensure quality tenants are in place for the long term. We select retail investments that are located in thriving business areas and have excellent access for shoppers.
We are very excited to be developing several residential projects. They offer a wide range of residential options from duplexes, townhouses through to land subdivisions in masterplanned communities.
In 2017 Westlawn Property Trust invested in its first industrial property, a logistics site in the Australia TradeCoast region in Queensland. Much the same as commercial buildings, These types of properties offer exceptional potential and long-standing tenancies which can be utilised to give investors good returns over the time of the investment. The Trust will continue to explore the potential of industrial and logistics properties for future purchases.
