Clarence Property has a long history of giving back to our local communities. This includes our environmentally friendly property development processes, scholarships we offer to young leaders, and sponsorship of multiple educational and health programs.
As property developers, we understand the impact our industry can have on the environment. That’s why sustainability is so important to us. We want to ensure our developments are not only eco-friendly, but also have a positive impact on the environment and the local community.
At Clarence Property, we strive to take an environmentally conscious approach, at every opportunity – in the way we build, the materials we use and the way we manage our sites.
Bond University offers one of Australia’s most generous scholarship programs, featuring a range of scholarships awarded to students each semester. We are a proud Platinum Partner of the University’s Indigenous Program, contributing $25,000 each year. Our Managing Director, Peter Fahey, has had the pleasure of speaking to the Indigenous Scholarship Program recipients as one of the University’s Corporate Partners.
With the growing number of Indigenous students enrolled at the university, Clarence Property contributes to the scholarships awarded across various degrees for the Indigenous Scholarship program. We also purchase art pieces to support young talent, which we proudly display in our offices.
Lismore Base Hospital is a major public teaching hospital in the Northern Rivers. We contribute each year to the Our Kids Fund which provides medical support services to families in the Northern Rivers.
Clarence Property focuses on mutual success, innovative spaces and a better future for our people and communities.
We provide annual sponsorship to Northern Rivers Business Awards, CoginWheel, Lennox Head Lions Club, Lismore Rowing Club, NSWRFS Tyringham Brigade, Red Shield Appeal, Kids in Capes and many more.
Our sponsorships are an opportunity to engage with communities and deliver a measurable difference. We support initiatives which encourage talent and innovation in various sectors.
