In 2002, Clarence Property entered the Brisbane property market, acquiring an office tower at 307 Queen Street. This 29-storey building in the Brisbane CBD offered 20,000 square metres of lettable office space.
In 2014, Clarence Property expanded the Fund into property development with the acquisition of “Epiq Lennox” at Lennox Head. This 80-hectare site showcases the development of 480 homesites, duplex and medium-density lots, as well as a neighbourhood shopping centre (Epiq Marketplace), childcare centre and comprehensive sports fields and amenities.
Today, Clarence Property manages a diversified property portfolio which has grown to include retail, commercial, industrial, medical, childcare, development and rural properties, supported by an investment strategy focused on diversity, sustainability and delivering monthly income.
