CPDF aims to provide regular income by investing in a diversified portfolio of retail, development, commercial, medical, childcare, industrial and rural properties located predominantly in the key growth areas of Northern NSW and South-East QLD. This asset mix is supported by an investment strategy focusing on diversity and income-generating assets.

As the fund manager, Clarence Property implements an active management approach across all assets, through a highly skilled team of property, facility and leasing managers, together with administration and finance professionals.

This approach ensures timely collection of rent, consistent communication with tenants and active lease management. CPDF is an unlisted property fund

Unlisted funds are not listed on an open exchange. This means that although units in the fund are saleable, they are not freely traded.
