Hub Heathwood is an industrial development site in Heathwood on the south side of Brisbane. The site was acquired in September 2021 and was granted Development Approval for 24 industrial lots ranging in size from 5,000 to 12,400sqm. 

Construction was completed in November 2023.

20 of 24 lots are now sold with remaining lots open for expressions of interest.

Bayside received Development Approval in May 2023, and detailed ecological works approval in March 2024. It is anticipated that civil construction works will commence in late 2025.

North Boambee Valley is a town on NSW’s mid-north coast, approximately 6km from Coffs Harbour.

Answering the areas growing population, North Boambee Road will be home to a master-planned community.
