Hub Heathwood is an industrial development site in Heathwood on the south side of Brisbane. The site was acquired in September 2021 and was granted Development Approval for 24 industrial lots ranging in size from 5,000 to 12,400sqm.
9 of the 24 lots are under unconditional contracts of sale, and additional lots are now open for expressions of interest.
CPDF acquired the residential development site in Brunswick Heads in February 2021.
Bayside received Development Approval for 126 lots in May 2023, being the final stages of the Bayside Brunswick residential development. It is anticipated that works will commence in late 2025.

Newmans Road is a 9.2ha residential development site acquired in January 2022.
This site appreciates an elevated outlook with filtered lake views to the south. It is within 3km of Woolgoolga’s main beach, and will be developed into approximately 84 lots.
The Development Application was lodged in 2023.
