CPDF acquired a residential development site in Brunswick Heads in February 2021. Bayside Brunswick Heads will comprise 123 residential lots and 3 medium density sites located off Torakina Road, Brunswick Heads, and is the final stages of the Bayside Brunswick community.
Clarence Property has created an environmentally sensitive masterplan across the site. Over 18 hectares – or 60 percent of the site – will be protected and rehabilitated as conservation zones.
Bayside received Development Approval in May 2023, and detailed ecological works approval in March 2024. It is anticipated that civil construction works will commence in late 2025.
