These terms and conditions apply to all entries into and/or prizes awarded under the promotion to win a BYRON BAY GIFTS GOURMET DELUXE HAMPER commencing 9 March 2026 (Promotion). The laws of New South Wales apply to the conduct of the Promotion and the interpretation of these terms and conditions. By submitting an online or physical entry into this Promotion, entrants (Entrants) warrant that they have read, understood, and are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
This Promotion is conducted by Clarence Property Corporation Limited (ABN 58 525 298 850, AFSL 230212) as responsible entity of the Clarence Property Diversified Fund (ARSN 095 611 804) of Level 1, Suite 4-5, 5 Snapper Drive, Lennox Head, NSW 2478 (“Promoter”).
The Promotion commences on Monday 9 March 2026 at 12.00pm and closes on Monday 23 March 2026 at 12.00pm (“Promotion Period”).
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who attend the Lismore and Tweed Heads Seniors Expo during the Promotion Period.
Directors, officers, employees and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible.
To enter, eligible individuals must complete the official entry form at the Promoter’s exhibition stand at either the Lismore and Tweed Heads Seniors Expo during the Promotion Period and provide all requested details.
Entry is free and limited to one (1) entry per person.
One (1) prize will be awarded:
A gift hamper valued at AUD $300 (RRP).
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the prize (or any part of it) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The winner will be determined by random draw conducted at Level 1, Suite 4-5, 5 Snapper Drive, Lennox Head, NSW 2478 on Monday 23 March at 12.00pm.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email within two (2) business days of the draw.
If the winner does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree that their name may be made public. In particular, the winner’s first name and postcode may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels.

To the extent permitted by law, including schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (Australian Consumer Law), the Promoter and its associated subsidiaries, employees, advisers, agents, and related bodies corporate shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature however occasioned to any person by, through or in connection with the Promotion (including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage or personal injury).
The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, this Promotion at any time with or without notice and without liability to any Entrant or other person, subject to applicable laws.
