CPDF acquired the residential development site in Brunswick Heads in February 2021.

“Wallum” received Development Approval for 126 lots in May 2023, being the final stages of the Bayside Brunswick residential development. It is anticipated that works will commence in late 2023. 

Clarence Property has created an environmentally sensitive masterplan across the site. Over 18 hectares – or 60 percent of the site – will be protected and enhanced as conservation zones.
